The Role

As a Web3 Business Development Agent, you will be crucial in driving our growth within the decentralized finance (DeFi), NFT, Layer-2, and broader Web3 sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying, sourcing, and securing new business partnerships, particularly focused on token listing opportunities and strategic collaborations.


Key Responsibilities:

 • Strategic Prospecting: Proactively research and identify high-potential blockchain protocols, dApps, DAOs, and other Web3-native projects for potential partnership and listing.

 • Relationship Building: Initiate contact and build strong, long-lasting relationships with founders, core teams, and key stakeholders within promising Web3 projects.

 • Opportunity Qualification: Assess project viability, community strength, and market fit to determine the strategic value of a partnership for ProBit Global.

 • Negotiation & Closing: Present the value proposition of listing on ProBit Global and skillfully negotiate and close partnership agreements.

 • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal Listing, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for new partners.

 • Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the crypto and Web3 space to inform business strategies.

 • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities within the CRM system.


What You'll Bring

 • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain industry. Experience in token listing sales is a strong advantage.

 • Deep passion for and extensive knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including a familiarity with major blockchains, decentralized applications, and current market trends.

 • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 • A self-starter attitude, highly motivated, and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

 • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

 • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
