The Role and Your Impact
As a Developer Relations Manager, you will act as the crucial link between the Particle Network product and the developers who build on it. This role is highly technical and requires a blend of development experience, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Content Creation: Produce high-quality, frequent technical content, including SDK examples, code walkthroughs, video guides, and tutorials, focusing on Particle Network's Wallet Abstraction and Chain Abstraction solutions.
• Developer Support & Advocacy: Provide technical support and hands-on assistance to developers and teams integrating Particle Network's SDKs (e.g., TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, React Native).
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in developer communities (Discord, Telegram, GitHub) to answer technical questions, collect valuable feedback, and foster a positive, supportive ecosystem.
• Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the internal advocate for the developer community, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to gather insights that will directly influence and shape the product roadmap.
• Strategy & Growth: Work with the existing DevRel team to define and execute the engagement and content strategy to drive the widespread adoption of the Particle Network SDKs.
What You Need to Succeed
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on development experience. Proficiency in TypeScript is essential, along with experience in at least one mobile/front-end framework (e.g., Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native).
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand educational material for a global audience.
• Web3 Passion: A deep understanding of and passion for the Web3 landscape. While prior direct Web3 experience is a plus, a strong developer background with a willingness to rapidly learn and immerse yourself in blockchain infrastructure is highly valued.
• Self-Driven: Strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively and autonomously within a high-performance, remote team environment.
