Your Role: Becoming a Revenue Driver

As a Mid-Level BD & Account Manager, you will be on the front lines, driving revenue through event sales, content sponsorships, and complex partnership activations. You will be deeply involved throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract execution and long-term account growth.


Key Responsibilities

 • Business Development (BD): Identify and pursue new leads and build targeted sponsor lists aligned with blockchain protocols, crypto-native brands, VCs, fintech, AI startups, and strategic partners.

 • Sales and Partnerships: Lead and close deals for event sales (exhibits, branding), content sponsorships, and custom partnership activations.

 • Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients (up-sell and cross-sell) to ensure client satisfaction and continuous account growth.

 • Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling proposals and negotiate contracts through to successful execution.

 • Collaboration: Work closely with the core team to align sales strategy with the company's event and content goals.


Who You Are (Qualifications)

 • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in BD, partnerships, or account management roles, ideally in an events or media context.

 • Web3 Native (MUST): A verified background in the crypto-native or Web3 ecosystem. You must understand the landscape, key players, and language of the industry.

 • Closing Skills: A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

 • Creative & Strategic: Able to think strategically about how partnerships can add value to both clients and our audience.

 • Autonomous & Flexible: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with fluid responsibilities.


Compensation and Benefits

We value talent and performance. Our compensation package is designed to reward growth:

 • Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience; can be part-time pro-rated or full-time).

 • Commission: 15–20% per deal (uncapped).

 • Quarterly Accelerator: Earn 1.5x–2x commission for exceeding targets.

 • Growth Opportunity: Clear pathway to grow into a senior revenue or partnerships role.

 • Remote: Work fully remote from anywhere in the world.
