This is a client-facing role that provides critical technical support to Paradigm's top clients. The position requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset to not only resolve issues but also to anticipate and prevent future ones.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients and build tools to enhance product performance.
• Develop and manage analytical tools like dashboards and monitoring systems.
• Create automation tools for product and sales teams.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to resolve technical issues and manage the company's knowledge base.
• Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency with observability tools like Datadog and Grafana.
• Strong skills in Python and a willingness to be on-call.
• Familiarity with GitHub and experience with API integration.
