The Role: Backend Engineer (Rust)
As a Backend Engineer, you will be a key part of the team responsible for deploying and maintaining the CoW Protocol across new blockchain networks. This is a hands-on role where you will:
• Support & Deploy: Help deploy and maintain CoW Protocol on new and existing chains.
• Debug & Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve issues in production environments.
• Contribute to Engineering: Work on the core engineering backlog, developing new features and ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate: Work closely with experienced engineers in a remote-first, highly autonomous environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Rust, either from commercial work, personal projects, or open-source contributions. A solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 concepts is essential.
