VISTORBELITUNG.COM,At the recent Partner 2025 expo, a significant display of military technology caught the attention of many: the 155mm/L52 Nora-B52 NG self-propelled howitzer. This impressive piece of artillery, produced by Serbia's Yugoimport, was specifically showcased for Azerbaijan.
This presentation follows a major agreement signed in early 2024, where Azerbaijan committed to a €311 million deal to acquire 48 of these advanced howitzers. A key feature of this specific model is its mounting on a robust Czech Tatra Force 8x8 chassis, which provides excellent mobility and all-terrain capability.
The Nora-B52 NG represents a substantial upgrade to Azerbaijan's military arsenal. Its long-range precision and rapid deployment capabilities are expected to significantly enhance the nation's artillery power, marking a new chapter in its defense modernization efforts.
