As a Setter at Movimentum, you are the frontline of the business development team. Your role centers on generating qualified leads and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team. This is not a closer role—your primary responsibility is to fill the sales pipeline with valuable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting: Identify and research potential Web3, NFT, and crypto projects that would benefit from Movimentum's services.
• High-Volume Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various digital channels (such as cold DMs, emails, or Web3 community platforms) with compelling and personalized messaging.
• Meeting Setting: Secure and schedule qualified meetings between interested prospects and the Closer or Sales team.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent and active lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• Brand Representation: Act as the initial face of Movimentum, demonstrating professionalism and a strong understanding of the Web3 space.
Who We’re Looking For (Key Requirements)
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial drive who isn't afraid to take the initiative.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in outreach, lead generation, or Business Development roles. Prior experience in setting qualified meetings is a big bonus.
Communication Skills: Proficient English speaker, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and engage in professional conversations.
• Mentality: A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You're a "hunter" who doesn't wait for instructions—you hunt, learn, and bring in opportunities.
