Available Positions
1. IT Administrator (Web3 Focus)
The IT Administrator will be the backbone of our operational infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, with a particular emphasis on the requirements of a Web3 environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of our blockchain-related operations and internal IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
System and Network Management: Configure, maintain, and monitor internal computer systems, networks, servers, and blockchain nodes/infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot nodes).
Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, including vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies tailored for decentralized technologies, to protect company data and infrastructure from cyber threats.
Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support for hardware and software issues to the entire team, ensuring minimal downtime for critical Web3 development processes.
Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage robust data backup and recovery plans, considering both centralized and decentralized data storage solutions.
Automation: Utilize scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, or CI/CD pipelines) to streamline IT and DevOps processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology, network nodes, and Web3 security practices.
2. Senior Front End Developer (Web3 DApps)
The Senior Front End Developer will lead the charge in creating engaging, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for our Decentralized Applications (dApps). This role requires deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks and a solid understanding of how to seamlessly integrate with smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
dApp Development: Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Blockchain Integration: Expertly integrate user interfaces with smart contracts using Web3 libraries like Ethers.js or Web3.js to enable decentralized features and transactions.
UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user experiences.
Code Quality & Leadership: Enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, load times, and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 2+ years focusing on Web3 or dApp development.
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a leading front-end framework (e.g., React).
• Demonstrated experience with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Web3.js) and connecting to blockchain wallets (e.g., MetaMask).
• Familiarity with decentralized state management, transaction signing, and handling blockchain data.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
