What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities


As an Appointment Setter, you are the engine that drives the sales pipeline. Your primary mission is to identify, qualify, and schedule high-quality appointments for the senior sales team.


Targeted Outreach: Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter) to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.


Lead Qualification: Apply best-practice sales frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) to qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong fit with Magnet's offerings.


Appointment Setting: Skillfully manage the conversation to secure meetings, demonstrations, or discovery calls with qualified prospects for the closing team.

 

Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities, lead interactions, and booked appointments in the CRM system to ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.


Web3 Insight: Leverage your knowledge of decentralized technology, crypto markets, and blockchain trends to establish credibility and engage prospects in meaningful, industry-relevant conversations.


Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback to marketing and sales leaders regarding lead quality, campaign performance, and market objections.

Essential Skills


Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in an Appointment Setter, SDR (Sales Development Representative), or lead qualification role, preferably within a B2B (Business-to-Business) environment.

 

Web3 Fluency: A strong understanding of the Web3, DeFi, NFT, or Blockchain industries. You must be able to speak confidently about the value of decentralized technology.


Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a confident and enthusiastic phone presence.


Tech Proficiency: Comfort with modern CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

 

Resilience: The ability to handle objections, maintain a positive attitude, and persevere through a high volume of outreach.


Highly Organized: Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills to manage a high volume of leads and appointments across multiple time zones.
