What You'll Be Doing

As a Closer, your primary focus will be on finalizing deals and managing the crucial late-stage of the sales pipeline. This is a role for an individual who is not afraid to take ownership and has an entrepreneur-like drive.


Core Responsibilities:

Own the Pipeline: Take full ownership of qualified, warm leads provided by the setting team and efficiently move them through the sales funnel.


Close Sales: Convert warm opportunities into signed agreements, leveraging rigorous follow-up strategies and compelling sales tactics.


Drive Strategy: Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly sync-ups to refine strategies, share critical feedback on lead quality, and ensure the sales funnel is aligned with company goals.


Manage Autonomously: Independently manage your schedule, utilizing CRM tools and time-blocking to stay on top of all deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.


Maintain Momentum: Be willing to engage in mass cold outreach if necessary, ensuring continuous deal flow and a proactive approach to sales targets.

Essential Requirements:


Experience: Must have at least 2 years of direct Business Development/Growth experience.

 

Communication: A proficient English speaker with excellent virtual communication skills.


Mindset: A true self-starter who hunts for opportunities and excels in an autonomous, fully remote environment.


Commitment: Willingness to commit at least 40 hours per week and go the extra mile to meet challenging deadlines.


Past experience in closing sales is a significant bonus, but the company prioritizes the right attitude and exceptional drive.
