VISTORBELITUNG.COM,ChainGPT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to drive the strategic growth of our Layer-1 Blockchain ecosystem. This is a crucial, high-impact role for a self-starter passionate about the future of Web3, AI, and decentralized infrastructure.
As a Business Development professional, you will be instrumental in expanding our network, forging high-value partnerships, and driving the adoption of our Layer-1 technology and associated AI-powered solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the blockchain landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in strategic sales or partnerships within the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals with high-potential projects, dApps, infrastructure providers, and enterprises looking to build on or integrate with our Layer-1 Blockchain.
Ecosystem Growth: Actively cultivate and grow the Layer-1 ecosystem by attracting developers, validators, and key stakeholders.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, and the overall Layer-1 network.
Market Analysis: Conduct deep market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the Layer-1 and Web3 sector.
Represent the Protocol: Act as an ambassador for ChainGPT's Layer-1 Blockchain at industry events, conferences, and online forums to increase visibility and foster community engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Direct Sales within the Web3, Blockchain, or high-growth tech industry.
Deep understanding of Layer-1 and Layer-2 blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and the broader decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and autonomous environment.
Strong existing network within the Web3 builder, venture capital, or crypto project community is a significant plus.
